Log a call with support@printsol.co.za 

You will get the two automated emails 

- Open the Printsol Support user Activation and click the link inside:
- Create a Password then activate and log in 

- Log into your customer portal with the email address you logged the call with

- You will have visibility on the replies and add comments from the customer portal:
