Scanning error to a Mimecast SMTP for Lexmark’s
When your scanning from a Lexmark and the scan does not reach your email, and everything is configured correctly e.g SMTP
How to resolve this issue is to install the latest PD application for the Lexmark, which is an fls application, mostly located in the Bin folder in the installation files
Latest fls application is (PDLexmark2-5-0.fls)
- Open the install folder
- Open the bin folder
In the bin you see the following:
- Install the .fls app in the Lexmark’s HD by opening the web browser of the printer with the printers IP address, then scroll down to applications and open this PDLexmark2-5-0.fls
