Unfortunately not. It seems be something that is very uncommon. Is it possible to ask the document creator if they have it? I looked at it in Adobe as well.
Here adobe is using its own Sans MM font. So San(s) MM font seems to be the common value.
Yes I believe you will need to install it (and reboot) after installing it. Alternatively, I had a session with support. If the files are entered into the Workflow as an image format (jpeg, tiff, png) eCopy can handle them better, since it is seeing it as an image and not a PDF with missing embedded fonts.

Hi Shaun,
Converting the documents to PDF is not an option as they have literally 50000+ plus documents that they would like to process.
Do you have an idea where I can get this font from I have searched on the web for 30min now and I cannot find it?
Kind Regards

Hi Thabo,
Thanks. I checked the fonts and there are some additional ones. Are you able to find this ZeonSanMM font? Is it a customer specific created font?
Regards,
Shawn

Hi Shaun,
I have send you a dropbox link with all the required information.
Basically when importing documents into the Smart forms connector, they lose quality.
And after they have been processed they also lose quality.
Kind Regards
